Our Life practitioners teach you how to navigate life with scripture combined with Cognitive behavioral counseling which focuses on changing the automatic negative thoughts that can contribute to and worsen our emotional difficulties…. It is an effective treatment approach for a range of issues. These strategies can improve your mood and the way you respond to challenging situations. Cognitive skills are developed upon the foundational functions of memory, attention, and thinking. Memory is the ability to recall certain facts and events. Attention is the ability to focus on a stimulus. Thinking is the conscious activity of the mind. Singles or couples.

Our focus is living a productive and fruitful life with God in the center. How to shape our daily life to mirror what we believe. 

We offer one-on-one sessions and group sessions. In addition, we need a community of people who help each other to prosper. This life is a journey and is not about doing everything alone. In addition, we have a FB community created where we can share our experiences and things that worked for us with others. 

This is not a program for everyone. Not because we want to exclude you, but because we have found that when seeking help, most people like to find a person or group who has similar philosophies. We offer free consultations to see if we are a fit. Not only do you need to feel comfortable, we do as well. This is a very blunt, no-nonsense style of guidance. It is not for everyone. It is challenging and honest. No sugar coating. No area is off limits. Yet, mutual respect is a must. We use biblical principles coupled with personal life experience and good old fashioned common sense. All of this paired with an educational and pastoral background. This is an experience and process that is not found anywhere else. This is not a traditional “sit on the couch and tell me your problems” type of atmosphere. This is a “in your face” “let’s get to work” type of program. If you don’t want to be truthful and get to the root of the problem or listen to directions, this is not for you. If you are easily offended, this is not for you. If you are overly defensive, this is not for you. If you don’t want to talk about God, this is not for you!
